Internet Sales Consultant

Summary

Join Martin Automotive Group's Subaru of Ontario as an Internet Sales Consultant. Handle internet leads, develop a comprehensive selling process, and deliver messages to other departments. Requires prior automotive sales experience, good communication skills, self-motivation, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to hit sales quotas. Requirements

• Prior automotive sales experience
• Two+ years of automotive sales experience including finance and insurance
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
