Internship

Summary

Join Bosch Japan for a rewarding internship experience! Gain practical, on-the-job experience in a global company, combining daily tasks with projects. Work as part of a dynamic team, with a flexible schedule including at least one day a week in the office (remote work possible). The internship involves business incubation support, market research, department promotion, and event support. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong language skills (Japanese N2 level and English business level), presentation skills, teamwork abilities, and a willingness to work on innovative topics. The internship is for 6-12 months, starting August or September 2025.

Requirements

• Have Japanese language proficiency (N2 level or higher)
• Have English language proficiency (business level or higher)
• Possess experience in creating presentation slides
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team (potential to be a team leader)
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to work on innovative topics with experts from various functions
• Work at the office in Tsuzuki, Yokohama
• Be a communicative, proactive, tenacious, and reliable team player
• Be able to stay for a period of 6-12 months at the company
• Be regularly enrolled at a university during the entire internship period
• Be flexible, willing, and motivated to live and work in a different culture

Responsibilities

• Support business incubation
• Conduct market research, including market and company analysis
• Participate in department promotion activities, such as maintaining social media
• Support internal and external events

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in market research or a high interest in it
• Be interested in new technologies
• Have experience in application development and/or coding
• Possess design skills
• Be a STEM major interested in entrepreneurship or launching new businesses
• Work full-time (40 hours/week)
