Requirements

• Currently studying business administration/media management or any related university program and can start as soon as possible
• Speaking fluent English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Managing own projects in the field of marketing, sales or business development e.g. a market of the LATAM region
• Optimizing our website and developing new marketing activities independently
• Supporting the operative steering process of one of our markets
• Acquiring new customers by exploring a variety of marketing channels to boost revenue
• Analyzing the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behavior, competition) and proposing an action plan based on your conclusions
• Suggesting ideas to improve our client experience based on customer feedback
• Working on other activities that are aligned with your interests (social media campaigns, advert design, market strategy, SEO)

Preferred Qualifications

Gained first practical working experience in a start-up environment and are fascinated by fast scalable business models
