Requirements

  • You are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement
  • Seeking a 6-month end-of-study or gap-year internship
  • Passionate about recruitment, with an interest in working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment through internships or academic projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online recruiting platforms and social media
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English

Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires
  • Provide support for HR administrative processes, including internship agreements, new intern registrations (Lucca HRIS), onboarding sessions, training coordination, etc
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Research and recommend innovative sourcing strategies to attract top candidates
  • Create engaging job descriptions and employer branding materials
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate data tracking
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs for interns and junior profiles
  • Provide expert assistance throughout the recruitment process to ensure it is smooth and efficient
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on candidate selection and recruitment best practices
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance our campus presence, including building relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers
  • Organize and represent the company at campus events such as career fairs, workshops, and tech talks
  • Collaborate with academic institutions to create internship programs and talent pipelines
  • Identify opportunities to sponsor or host events that align with our employer branding goals
