Summary

Join Arlo Solutions' Summer 2025 Internship Program, a 4-week paid internship for high school juniors, seniors, or early college students interested in business operations, technology, human resources, and marketing. Requirements

  • High school junior, senior, or undergraduate student
  • Must be between the ages of 16 and 22 at time of application
  • Students under the age of 18 may require a work permit depending on state laws
  • Parental/guardian consent required if under 18
  • Resume (draft or school activity summary) and a short interest paragraph required for application

Responsibilities

  • Participate in company orientation and gain understanding of government contracting operations
  • Support Human Resources activities including recruiting process simulation and resume workshops
  • Learn personal branding and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Explore information technology systems, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity principles
  • Attend live learning sessions, department briefings, and peer group activities
  • Submit weekly deliverables, including written reflections, resumes, personal branding profiles, and presentations
  • Present a final showcase summarizing the internship experience and key learnings
