Summary

Join our team as an Inventory Management Lead and drive strategic planning, monitoring, and optimization of inventory across client accounts. This remote position, working 15-20 hours per week Monday-Friday with flexible hours, ensures stock levels align with sales forecasts and supply capabilities. You will lead demand forecasting and replenishment planning, analyze inventory health, and align inventory planning with marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include recommending inventory actions, overseeing the PO calendar, developing reporting dashboards, and collaborating with clients and internal teams. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in inventory planning or demand forecasting are required. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets are essential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead demand forecasting and replenishment planning using sales trends and historical data
  • Analyze inventory health (e.g., critical levels, overstock, out-of-stock risks) across SKUs
  • Align inventory planning with marketing campaigns, promotions, and client seasonality
  • Recommend inventory actions such as reorders, markdowns, or marketing push for slow-moving items
  • Oversee inbound PO calendar and supply planning accuracy
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for inventory KPIs
  • Collaborate with clients, sales, and logistics to align inventory plans with operational target

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce and/or 3PL operations is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
