Join a rapidly expanding real estate investment and development company specializing in affordable housing. This full-time, remote position (with U.S. business hours overlap) reports directly to the Founder. Responsibilities include expanding the capital base, cultivating investor relationships, and enhancing brand visibility among high-net-worth individuals and family offices. The role involves investor outreach, pipeline management, communications, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in investor relations or a related field.
Requirements
- 5–7 years in investor relations, private equity fundraising, or financial services
- Demonstrated success engaging high‑net‑worth individuals and family offices
- Strong CRM management skills (preferably HubSpot) and familiarity with outbound communications
- Exceptional written and verbal business English
- Discreet, professional, and meticulous with confidential information
- Self‑starter with excellent time management and follow‑through
Responsibilities
- Outreach & Lead Generation : Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Twitter; research accredited investors, family offices, and wealth managers; craft personalized messaging; schedule introductory calls with the Founder
- Investor Pipeline Management : Maintain all investor touchpoints in HubSpot (or similar CRM); ensure timely follow‑ups; track conversion metrics and campaign performance
- Investor Communications : Support pre‑screen calls, take detailed notes, qualify prospects; draft tailored follow‑up emails and quarterly updates; help prepare deal summaries and pitch materials
- Social Media & Network Engagement : Manage LinkedIn and Twitter presence; engage with thought leaders; assist with social campaigns around live offerings, webinars, and investor content
