Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Mapping and Business Process Modelling
• Understanding of financial statements and/or the loan origination process for Corporate Clients
• Ability to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical terms that developers can easily understand
• Experienced in using Jira and Confluence
• High level of proficiency in English language - B2+/C1 level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders to gather their requirements
• Willingness to work in a cross-country and cross-functional setting
• Possess a positive, proactive attitude, eager to face challenges and take on new tasks
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Facilitating alignment and clarity of requirements by serving as a liaison between IT and business teams
• Drafting functional and non-functional requirements for a solution that analyzes financial statements in the corporate loan origination process
• Conducting data analysis and interpretation from multiple sources as part of requirement gathering
• Documenting analysis and data mapping rules and securing approval from relevant process and solution owners
• Actively collaborating and supporting team members and other project stakeholders
• Assisting with data releases
• Operating within a cross-functional agile scrum team

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of PEGA and/or DataStage (or other ETL tools) and SQL
