Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience working in a project environment, including relevant industry experience preferably with overall responsibility
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving project issues
  • Extensive experience in operations management or a related field
  • Deep understanding of operational processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with PMOโ€™s project management standards and methodologies
  • Strategic thinking abilities to develop and implement improvement initiatives
  • Strong decision-making skills to address complex issues and challenges
  • Ability to align operational strategies with organizational goals
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor Service Coordinators and team members
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts
  • Competence in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience in implementing process optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to operations
  • Ability to ensure operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies
  • Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to optimize work order execution processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices
  • Ensure alignment with PMOโ€™s project management framework and standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Service Coordinators and other team members
  • Handle escalated issues or complex work orders requiring senior-level intervention
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in operations management
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement risk management practices to mitigate potential issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree preferred
  • PMP or Equivalent Professional Certification
