Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with .NET framework and C# programming
• Basic understanding of software development principles and lifecycle
• Interest in learning code analysis tools like SonarQube
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of senior developers to identify, prioritize, and resolve bugs reported by users or the QA team
• Analyze SonarQube reports to identify technical debt issues, including code smells, security vulnerabilities, and code duplications, and implement appropriate fixes
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to understand user-reported issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction
• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and contribute to maintaining high coding standards
• Assist in developing documentation for resolved issues to improve the knowledge base for both the development and support teams
• Engage in agile development practices and participate in scrum meetings, providing updates on progress and obstacles
