Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a strong focus on SaaS implementations, identity, and integration
  • 10+ years of experience as an IT professional
  • 8+ years of experience in complex IT environments with multiple processes, procedures, automations and security requirements
  • Deep understanding of various IT technology stacks, including cloud computing, APIs, identity management, and endpoint security
  • Experience with specific SaaS applications relevant to our business (e.g., Okta, Google, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms and orchestration tools
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new SaaS applications
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive SaaS roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Oversee the integration of SaaS solutions with existing systems and applications
  • Ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance of SaaS applications
  • Design and implement robust and scalable integration solutions across various platforms and technologies
  • Develop and maintain integration standards, best practices, and guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the overall IT architecture strategy and roadmap
  • Research and recommend emerging technologies and trends relevant to the business
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to IT and business stakeholders
  • Establish and promote architectural best practices, principles, and standards
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Participate in architectural reviews and governance processes
  • Champion security best practices in all architecture and integration designs
  • Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) solutions and their integration with SaaS and on-premise systems
  • Solid understanding of endpoint security and management in a modern workplace environment
  • Familiarity with core IT infrastructure components (e.g., networking, servers, storage) and their β€œrole” in a SaaS-centric environment
