Summary

Join us at MotorK, a leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, as a Junior HelpDesk Specialist. You will be the initial point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance, maintain IT asset inventory, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure the organization of the IT warehouse.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Windows and preferably MacOS
  • Strong problem-solving and team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Good level of English
  • Working towards or completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT-related queries via various channels
  • Determine solutions based on user-provided details
  • Guide users through solutions
  • Escalate unresolved queries and maintain records
  • Update user data, produce activity logs, and manage IT asset inventory
  • Set up and configure PCs for new employees and handle offboarding procedures
  • Organize and manage IT assets in the warehouse
  • Work with the IT team and Infrastructure team to address recurring issues
  • Help triage and solve first level support requests for the cloud team (DNS, AWS, Terraform, etc.)
