Summary
Join our client in the greater Ventura area for two openings that offer a fun corporate environment and opportunities to work with PC's. As an interface between customers and computer systems, you'll provide technical support, training, and knowledge to facilitate user computing.
Requirements
- Providing customer service
- Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office with an ability to troubleshoot
- Basic understanding of Network technology, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows-based PC's and peripheral devices
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting networked printers, faxes, and copiers
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices and Voice Over IP (VOIP) phone systems
Responsibilities
- Interfaces with computer and telecommunications system customers
- Provides capabilities, training, support services, technical support, and knowledge to facilitate user computing
- Responds to all PC desktop, laptop and network related technical matters
- Trouble shoots Level I issues to facilitate end-user computing, both in person and remotely
- Ensures that response times are maintained at appropriate service levels; and performs other related duties as required
