Requirements
- Proficient in developing and maintaining standard integrations, using common platforms like Pipedream, Okta Workflows, Zapier, or custom APIs
- Independently manages routine integration projects; collaborates effectively across teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Skilled in using no/low code platforms like Pipedream, Okta Workflows, and Zapier to create functional integrations and automate workflows across various business functions
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality integration solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues
- Strong communication skills, fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standard integrations using platforms like Pipedream, Okta Workflows, Zapier, or custom APIs
- Utilize Okta Workflows and Zapier to create and manage automated workflows that enhance business processes across various functions
- Independently manage routine integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Work closely with different teams to gather requirements and implement effective integration solutions
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through integration, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, workflows, and technical solutions
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, ensuring they remain functional and efficient
