Requirements

  • Proficient in developing and maintaining standard integrations, using common platforms like Pipedream, Okta Workflows, Zapier, or custom APIs
  • Independently manages routine integration projects; collaborates effectively across teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Skilled in using no/low code platforms like Pipedream, Okta Workflows, and Zapier to create functional integrations and automate workflows across various business functions
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality integration solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in speaking and writing in English
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain standard integrations using platforms like Pipedream, Okta Workflows, Zapier, or custom APIs
  • Utilize Okta Workflows and Zapier to create and manage automated workflows that enhance business processes across various functions
  • Independently manage routine integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Work closely with different teams to gather requirements and implement effective integration solutions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through integration, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, workflows, and technical solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, ensuring they remain functional and efficient
