You will assist in troubleshooting and resolving various IT issues, provide technical support to employees, and participate in the installation and maintenance of IT equipment. The internship also involves managing IT inventory, supporting system updates and security, documenting processes, and collaborating on IT projects. This position is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support to employees via email, phone, or in-person
• Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (e.g., computers, printers, and peripherals)
• Help in managing and maintaining IT inventory records
• Support the team in system updates, backups, and security protocols
• Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides for recurring issues
• Collaborate on IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and software rollouts
• Maintain compliance with company IT policies and procedures
