Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Design, build, maintain and enhance data reports in Power BI to support analytical needs
• Utilize Power Automate
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
• Support the technology team with the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems as needed
• Organize, audit, and maintain IT's equipment Inventory
• Participate in IT projects and other IT tasks
• Run software updates and backups as requested
• Other duties as assigned
