Join Jane, a remote-first healthcare technology company, as their IT Manager. Lead a talented team, developing and executing an IT vision that empowers Jane's 600-person team. You will be responsible for developing IT strategy, providing project management oversight, enhancing security, providing systems and network oversight, and providing operational leadership. This role requires 10+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years as an IT manager, and expertise in project management, IT security, and service delivery. Jane offers a competitive salary range ($105,700 - $165,100), with a starting salary of $125,500 for a fully accomplished candidate, and opportunities for growth and development. Requirements
- Proven ability to lead IT teams and drive technology initiatives
- 10+ years of experience across IT teams
- 2+ years of experience as an IT manager
- Excellent project management skills and experience managing mid-size (multi-month) IT projects using tools like Jira
- Experience with managing technology change across multiple depts
- Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Familiarity with structured approaches to IT service delivery (e.g., ITSM) with a preference for experience using Jira for administering service management operations
Responsibilities
- Develop a yearly team strategy that will help our IT team delightfully and responsibly enable the Jane team with the tooling they need
- Help ensure that IT projects are properly scoped, scheduled, and resourced appropriately
- Work closely with the Security team to ensure that our endpoints and identities are secured from unauthorized usage
- Look holistically at how our IT systems fit together across our full suite of (SaaS) tools and networking tools and work to optimize how they play nicely together
- Lead the team of IT professionals who currently provide incredible support to our Jane team, and help onboard new staff to our tools and technology
