IT Manager, Integration Platform

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in iPaaS platforms and team leadership, along with a proven track record of implementing complex middleware solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations using iPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato or JitterBit)
• Strong knowledge of API management, SOA, ESB, Web Services, and other integration concepts
• 5+ years leading and developing teams
• Proficient in data mapping and transformation, and experienced with multiple data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, etc
• Familiarity with a range of databases and programming languages
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in designing and implementing complex middleware solutions
• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management frameworks

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of automation and integration specialists
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
• Provide architectural guidance and support for integration and automation projects
• Ensure the team has a strong understanding of integration and automation patterns
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and software developers to gather integration requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Drive the maturation of operational processes and practices
• Implement best practices to ensure high standards of efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement data governance and security measures, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Promote the adoption of AI automation and agentic AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in automation and AI
• Align the team's goals with the broader organizational strategy
• Drive innovation and strategic initiatives to enhance the company's automation capabilities
