Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fast-paced IT operations; 1+ years managing distributed IT teams
• A forward-thinking, strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• A strong technical background in networking, security infrastructure, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• A genuine passion for the creative industry and a desire to explore the intersection of technology and creativity
• Experience championing automation initiatives
• Strong skills in vendor management and contract negotiation

• Partner with our creative and data science teams to ensure the seamless integration and performance of AI tools and platforms
• Manage relationships with technology vendors to optimize value and budget efficiency
• Champion automation initiatives across all IT operations functions

Previous experience at a media environment (e.g. creative agency, production company, advertising agency, or similar environment)
