Requirements

• Experienced in implementing IT solutions
• Hands-on mentality, organized in planning implementation steps and align with all relevant stakeholders
• Team player, like working on ambitious projects that try to make an impactful change
• Very good experiences in classic and agile forms of cooperation
• Excellent experience in the management of strategically oriented projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of market, technology, and competitor environment in information technology and telecommunications industry, including digital transformation
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Detailed know-how in the use of agile methods such as SCRUM and Lean

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all implementation activities with local entities
• Demo the solution to local coordinators, run scoping workshop, coordinate integration and change management activities, coordinate testing (UAT) and cutover to production
• Be end responsible for implementation timeline and associated steps, flag risks and opportunities
• Coordinate different stream activities with Eightfold team experts, bring colleagues in for respective tasks
• Steer vendor for configuration needs or testing/cutover preparations
• Determine project approach and define clear responsibilities within the project
• Plan and coordinate project resources in line with functional requirements and project scope
• Be responsible for project budgeting and planning, regular updates, evaluation, communication, and mitigation of risks, target group-specific communication
