Project Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Dynamics CRM Project Manager, where you'll oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. You'll work closely with clients and project teams, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and contribute to the development of project management best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of D365 for Customer Engagement implementation experience
• 4+ years of managing small to large Dynamics CRM projects and development teams
• Previous experience in a Consultant or PM role for a D365CE implementation
• Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as agile and waterfall)
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project teams
• Strong understanding of business processes/business process analysis
• Working experience or knowledge of LCS and or VSTS
• PMP certification is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications
• Manage and perform tasks including Scope and Change Management, Resource, Time, and Cost Management, Communication, Risk and Issue Management, Project Tracking and Control
• Participate in discovery sessions to gather requirements from project stakeholders
• Facilitate timely communication
• Work closely with clients and project team to understand business requirements and ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, methodologies, and tools related to Dynamics CRM implementation and support
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Project Management best practices including the creation of reusable assets, internal knowledge repositories, and team resources
