Summary

Join our team at Experian as a Project Manager, where you will lead the direction and implementation of specific projects, manage multiple revenue cycle software implementations, and help define project scope, goals, and deliverables. This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Project Management or related field or study or 2+ years experience in related area
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• 2 years project management experience
• PMP experience
• US Healthcare industry experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management
• Excellent (C2) English speaking and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects
• Manage multiple, ongoing software implementations
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables, manage risks using appropriate tools
• Participate to ensure that milestones and work in progress deliverables are met
• Provide direction to project team
• Monitor and report on progress of the project to all partners
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Provide feedback to internal team and development regarding process and product improvement
