IT Project Manager

Summary

Requirements

• 10–15 years of overall experience in IT project and program management
• Strong technical background (education or experience in IT)
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level IT systems
• Prior experience working on Customs projects or with Customs IT applications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-cultural, and distributed teams
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Budget management and reporting experience

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close IT projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in line with technical and business requirements
• Lead project activities, manage team assignments, monitor deliverables, and maintain alignment with the project roadmap
• Build strong relationships with clients, senior management, and internal teams to ensure transparency, trust, and collaboration
• Proactively assess risks and create mitigation plans to minimize business disruption
• Tackle project roadblocks, troubleshoot delays, and ensure momentum is maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle
