Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field. Masters preferred
• Experience working in a remote startup environment
• Experience with a consulting setting is preferred
• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in data-related hiring

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Recruitment Management: You have a minimum of 4 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on hiring for data roles (Data Engineers, Data Analyst, Data Scientist)
• Talent Strategy: Develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals to attract high-quality talent promptly
• Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, including ATS, networking, and social media
• Collaboration: Work with Aryng's team to grasp job needs and team dynamics for optimal talent fit
• Cultural Fit Recruitment: Promote Aryng's values and Remote culture. to attract candidates that align with our culture
• Remote Employment: You can confidently hire Remotely and have knowledge of Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail), Zoom, Slack, and Workable (or similar)
• Candidate Experience: Create a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and fostering genuine, professional relationships
• Recruitment Analytics: Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire to improve hiring efficiency
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the employer brand via recruitment initiatives
