• Fluent in advanced English, both verbal and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and building solid relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and respond quickly and effectively to the needs of the recruitment process

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Identify and attract qualified talent, utilizing various recruitment sources
• Lead the selection process, from resume review to conducting technical interviews and skills assessments
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates throughout recruitment, providing guidance and feedback
• Efficiently manage time and resources to meet hiring deadlines and team objectives
• Supervise and support junior recruiters, providing guidance and training as needed
