You will be responsible for sourcing top tech talent globally, crafting engaging job postings, conducting initial candidate interviews, networking to build a strong talent pipeline, collaborating with HR, participating in recruiting events, assisting with onboarding, and improving recruiting processes. This role requires at least two years of IT recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. Responsibilities

• Source the best candidates worldwide through active sourcing
• Create engaging job postings that attract top talent
• Conduct initial recruiting conversations to assess potential candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to expand your talent network
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Participate in recruiting events, making open contact and representing Zoi professionally
• Assist in coordinating onboarding processes
• Help expand and improve recruiting processes
