Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in recruitment coordination
- Previous experience in IT recruitment is required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- English proficiency at B1/B2 level
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage internal technical evaluations and client interviews
- Create offers in the ATS and track documentation through pre-onboarding
- Maintain close communication with candidates from the technical phase through their start date
- Ensure timely follow-ups to keep candidates engaged, informed, and moving through the process
- Monitor timelines and flag any delays
- Serve as a key point of contact between candidates and Delivery Managers
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams such as Finance, IT, and People, etc
- Collaborate with Sourcers, Staffers, and the Tech Writer to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Greenhouse and internal trackers
- Share regular updates on candidate status and process progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing IT profiles
- Familiarity with iMocha or similar technical assessment platforms
