Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with level 1 and 2 support
  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
  • Sound knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or CIS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience with MS SharePoint and MS Teams
  • Experience supporting both Windows 11 and MacOS operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite of apps
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory administration

Responsibilities

  • Support end users' hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents in real-time
  • Diagnose, research, and test new or unusual technical issues
  • Document new troubleshooting resolutions
  • Collaborate with the rest of IT team to implement security controls and technologies
  • Work independently in support of end-user requests
  • Collaborate with Technology and Security team members to address troubleshooting requests, project rollouts, and policy applications
  • Organise and run IT Training
  • Monitor network traffic and system logs to detect and respond to security incidents
  • Monitor system alerts and logs to detect and respond to security incidents
  • Looking after TCP/IP Networking, hubs, and switches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Meraki, PowerShell, Python and HTML is a plus
  • Experience supporting Office 365 environment
