Remote IT Support and Systems Administrator

Summary

Join our growing team as an IT Support and Systems Administrator to independently manage our IT infrastructure and drive key technical initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT support and administration
• Proficiency with administering MS 365 and other SaaS applications
• Strong understanding of both Mac and Windows operating systems
• Must have previous experience being solely responsible for IT from a hands-on perspective for a 50-100 employee business
• Experience in setting up and maintaining technology systems including, configuration management, access control and security
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with IT security best practices
• Experience in project management
• Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation

Responsibilities

• Administer MS 365, GitHub, Atlassian, and manage user access
• Resolve software and hardware issues on Mac and Windows
• Evaluate, select, and configure new tools
• Maintain mobile device management (MDM) and ensure compliance
• Recommend and facilitate IT training programs
• Manage hardware/software procurement and lifecycle
• Develop and test business continuity plans
• Ensuring compliance with legal, security and data protection regulations
• Maintain IT documentation and manage vendor relationships
