Requirements

• 5+ years. of experience as a System Administrator
• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system administration
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring high availability and performance
• Experience with the design and development of workflows, forms, and reports within Dynamics 365
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Knowledge of SQL. and database management as it relates to Dynamics 365
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Take charge of administering and configuring our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
• Keep things running smoothly by ensuring system performance, uptime, and security
• Build and customize workflows, forms, and reports to match our unique business processes and enhance system functionality
• Work closely with other teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions in Dynamics 365
• Stay on top of system upgrades and new releases, making sure they go smoothly and don’t disrupt our operations
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across the platform, especially in key areas like finance, marketing, and operations
• Maintain documentation that’s easy to understand, from design specs to user guides
• Be part of the entire project lifecycle—planning, design, testing, and implementation
