Requirements

• Comfortable with Windows and macOS environments: installation, configuration, updates, and basic troubleshooting
• Interest in IT operations, device setup, and hardware logistics
• Strong willingness to learn and take initiative, no prior experience required
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Basic understanding of software installation and system configuration
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Currently studying or recently graduated from a tech-related program (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering)

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune) or cloud platforms
• Familiarity with internal IT tools like Google Admin or scripting basics
