Responsibilities

• Provide Friendly IT Support: Be the first point of contact for staff, offering patient and clear support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Collaborate with the IT Team: Work closely with experienced team members to escalate complex issues and learn from their expertise
• Assist with Setup & Maintenance: Help set up computers, printers, and peripherals while ensuring they’re running smoothly for our staff
• Support Software Updates: Assist with installing, configuring, and updating software applications across the company
• Hands-On Network Assistance: Provide hands-on support for basic network maintenance tasks, such as cabling, setting up routers, and troubleshooting switches
• Learn System Administration: Perform system administration tasks with guidance, gaining valuable experience as you grow
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work with different teams to understand their IT needs and ensure they have the tools to succeed
• Create Helpful Documentation: Contribute to user guides and documentation to make things easier for everyone
• Stay Hands-On: Be willing to roll up your sleeves for various tasks, such as setting up hardware or helping keep the office organised
