IT Support Internship

Requirements

• Basics computer systems knowledge on Windows or Mac Platforms
• Planned career in the IT services industry
• Excellent time management skills
• Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills
• Ability to lift and carry computer components up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Learn and provide support of desktop and laptop systems
• Record, track, and escalate cases through our established tracking system
• Help keep our documentation up to date and in tip-top shape
• Coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with our Service Delivery team members, as well as with our advanced technical team

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with a Ticketing System is preferred, but not required
