Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in back-end IT support or advanced technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of: Computer network troubleshooting, Virus protection software, Microsoft operating systems and applications
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees and the IT team
- Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft systems and general computer issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets, including intake, prioritization, resolution, and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Computer networks
- Virus protection and security software
- End-user devices and applications
- Deliver back-end IT support and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and support workflows
- Perform other tasks related to the role
