Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Interest in gaining hands-on experience in an IT support role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with new employee IT onboarding, including setting up workstations and user accounts
  • Provide first-level support for office users, handling IT requests via phone, email, or in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
  • Update and maintain IT documentation, including asset management and procedural guides
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of IT equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager on various IT projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
