Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, with strong experience in endpoint, network and application administration and troubleshooting
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows, Microsoft/Office 365
  • Experience with AWS, Azure and Meraki administration
  • Experience with creating, maintaining and running PowerShell scripts
  • Experience in device management using Microsoft Intune (Windows) and Jamf (Mac)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering a positive user experience
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Jamf Certified Tech, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certifications) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote support for end-user devices and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist users with system setup, software installation, and configuration issues
  • Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing employees
  • Troubleshoot and administer Windows, Mac and Linux endpoints and servers
  • Troubleshoot and administer AWS and Azure cloud instances
  • Maintain and create device configuration policies in JAMF and Intune
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues with Cisco Meraki networks and AWS VPN
  • Respond to and investigate system security concerns
  • Ensure devices are kept compliant with regular security patching and corporate security policies
  • Track and maintain inventory of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Coordinate procurement for all necessary equipment and software
  • Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements, and contact vendors for warranty and maintenance support
  • Coordinate with managed services and project teams to provide local support for networking and server issues
  • Support the deployment of new technologies
