Summary

Join Brightline's Member Support team as a stellar Member Support Specialist! You will provide administrative support to members, assisting with sign-up, scheduling, billing, and other needs. This fully remote position offers a 12 pm - 9 pm PST schedule (Monday-Friday). You'll be a key player in a growing team, ensuring a positive member experience. Responsibilities include conducting initial calls, scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, supporting providers, and maintaining organized internal systems. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, fluency in Spanish, and a passion for improving behavioral health for children and families.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking members and provide support in both English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Conducting first phone calls with new members to assess fit for Brightline services
  • Scheduling appointments for members
  • Ensuring member paperwork has been completed
  • Supporting Providers with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Answering all admin-related questions between sessions
  • Conducting eligibility checks, filing claims, and collecting member payment
  • Keeping our internal software tool for the Member Support team ultra-organized
  • Identifying ways to delight our members, ease the workday for our clinical team, and overall improve our operational processes as we scale

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience managing a medical office and/or familiarity with insurance billing are a bonus
