Team Leader Support Specialist

As a Senior Support Specialist, you will provide expert support to clients using our platform, ensuring accurate review and elimination of cyber threat intelligence findings. You will conduct platform-independent research, meet customer technical requests, report findings, and ensure communication within the company. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in cybersecurity, and knowledge of various security concepts. Requirements

• Have at least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Be a university graduate, preferably in engineering departments (Especially Computer, Electronics and Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics, etc.)
• Master the OSINT concept
• Have knowledge of TCP/IP, web, and network security
• Have knowledge/experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment and actively participated in penetration tests
• Understand the importance of reporting and documentation
• Be experienced with Linux
• Have knowledge of virtualization
• Be self-disciplined
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be able to adapt to intense work tempo, teamwork, be open to learning, research, and possess high communication and coordination skills, and be self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate review and elimination of cyber threat intelligence findings generated by the platform
• Stay up-to-date in the changing threat landscape
• Conduct platform-independent research on attack surface management and digital risk protection for customers
• Meet the technical requests of corporate customers using our platform and conduct customer meetings
• Report and explain cyber threat intelligence findings generated by the platform to the customer
• Ensure that customer requests are communicated to the relevant units within the company and follow up on the process
• Analyze cyber threat intelligence findings generated by the platform and verify the accuracy of findings from different sources
• Prepare technical content, reports, and blog posts on a requested topic
• Write scripts to automate routine tasks when necessary
• Create an environment and perform verification for customers who request 0-day or critical vulnerabilities
