Summary

Join GoGlobal's EMEA team as an experienced IT Support Specialist. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft 365 and Zoho products, and IT/device procurement to resolve IT issues, provide hardware and software support, and actively participate in employee onboarding. Responsibilities include managing support tickets, troubleshooting complex issues, and configuring new laptops. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong problem-solving skills are required. Relevant certifications and Zoho platform experience are preferred. Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Windows and all Microsoft O365 applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with relevant software applications
  • Strong communication abilities to explain technical details to non-technical users
  • English communication - both spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Resolve IT issues reported by team on hardware and software (Windows, O365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Windows, Xero, Dynamics 365 Sales etc.)
  • Manage support tickets - Level 1 & 2
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications
  • Troubleshoot complex issues
  • Onboard or Offboard internal employees timely
  • Manage E-mail Accounts
  • Manage access in various applications
  • Laptop Configuration
  • Account creation and maintenance for various applications
  • Document Standard operating procedures and documents for internal usage
  • Involve in various IT initiatives and IT Security initiatives
  • Other ad hoc IT responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications like A+ or ITIL
  • Working experience in Zoho platform – Zoho People and Expense
  • Knowledge in Azure, Intune, cloud-based backup services
