Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by setting up workstations, accounts, and necessary software
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues promptly and effectively
- Manage inventory and procurement processes for new hires as well as users who have left the company
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and systems
- Document and maintain records of IT support activities, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing systems is a plus
