Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound requests for workstation issues, access requests and new software requests following agreed on procedures
• Resolving and or routing IT support requests from employees for in scope software and systems
• Execute requests for access following required security and documentation processes
• Review and route requests for net new software for company use through the approval process
• Provision & decommission laptops and other work equipment following security standards
• Contribute to evolving the current processes for efficiency and the changing threatscape
• Monitoring and reporting on various systems and logs
• Changing configurations, settings and permissions
• Resolving employee issues related to job scope
• Assist in establishing and improving (automating) support, compliance, and maintenance processes
• Ability to collaborate with team members to solve the business needs while still adhering to security standards and approvals
