Summary
Join Interlaced, a cloud-focused IT services provider, as a contracted IT Support Technician II in Buenos Aires. This full-time, remote position requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with diverse technical environments and cloud infrastructure, and excellent communication abilities. You will provide remote support to end-users via chat, phone, and email. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT experience, focusing on help desk and customer support, and B2 or higher English proficiency. We offer competitive compensation, health & wellness reimbursements, paid holidays, volunteer days, sick time, and a peer-to-peer bonus allowance. While initially remote, expect a transition to a 3-day in-office schedule in 2025 at our Buenos Aires office.
Requirements
- Knowledge of common business technologies
- Experience working in diverse technical environments and with various cloud infrastructure components
- High technical skills and experience
- Ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes
- Personable and able to interact with each level of the client's business, from the front desk to the CEO
- Minimum of 3+ years working in IT, with a focus on help desk and customer support
- Dedicated working environment/home office with stable internet connection
- B2 or higher proficiency in English
Responsibilities
