Requirements

• 5+ years supporting users with both software and hardware
• Familiar with System Configuration and Deployment
• Familiar with Security Management

Responsibilities

• Assisting users with technical issues, such as password resets, software installation, or network connectivity problems
• Setting up new user accounts and permissions
• Providing training and guidance on using IT resources
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software
• Setting up and managing virtual machines and cloud resources
• Deploying updates and patches to systems and applications
• Monitoring security alerts and logs for potential threats
• Implementing security measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems
• Investigating and responding to security incidents
• Participating in projects related to system upgrades, migrations, or new technology implementations
• Researching and evaluating new technologies to meet the organization's needs
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices through training and professional development
