Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in an organization with 1000+ employees
• Basic knowledge of automation concepts (e.g., scripting, low-code/no-code automation platforms)
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune or willingness to learn
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals including networking, security, endpoint management, and software deployment
• Ability to break down complex challenges into logical, automateable steps
• Exceptional troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• A proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and a desire to constantly improve and learn

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer core IT systems including Okta, Genesys Cloud, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and other enterprise tools
• Assist in onboarding, configuring, and integrating new SaaS applications into the IT ecosystem, ensuring they are secure and scalable
• Partner with IT leadership to identify, design, and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual work and enhance system reliability
• Coordinate international equipment procurement and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) vendors
• Participate in ongoing monitoring, patching, and maintenance of systems to ensure compliance with security standards and operational excellence
• Document processes, system configurations, workflows, and automation solutions to ensure transparency, scalability, and continuity
• Support troubleshooting efforts across systems and applications, escalating issues appropriately
• Proactively identify issues and recommend improvements to strengthen IT processes and systems integration
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and potential opportunities to further optimize operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating equipment procurement and working with international vendors or 3PL partners is a plus
