Join Jobber's Operations team as an IT Systems Engineer II! You will design scalable IT systems, build automations to solve problems, and collaborate with teams to improve workflows. The ideal candidate has 4-5+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator role, preferably in a Mac OS environment, and familiarity with various SaaS applications and scripting languages. Requirements
- 4-5+ years in a Systems Administrator role, preferably in a Mac OS environment
- Experience with common SaaS applications such as Okta, Google Workplace, Slack, Atlassian, etc
- Familiarity with a common scripting language (eg. Python, Shell Scripts, etc.)
- Familiarity with public cloud providers such as AWS or GCP
Responsibilities
- Think outside the traditional legacy IT ways of doing things, designing everything to scale
- Collaborate with our teams to identify gaps in their workflows to reduce operational tasks
- Identify opportunities for automation, and build out solutions using a variety of tools and methods
- Help with escalated tickets from our team
- Assist in researching and deploying new tools or platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building automation related to Identity and Access Management
- Experience with MDM platforms (ie. Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle)
- Experience with Cisco Meraki or Fortinet
