Requirements

• Strong information technology background with demonstrable experience providing direct user-facing support
• Happy to work autonomously and able to work independently as well as part of global team
• Experience with MAC and Windows devices
• Networking
• Knowledge of Teams enabled video conferencing
• MS Teams
• Microsoft 365
• Jira and Confluence
• Good working knowledge of ITIL
• Basic networking experience
• Day-to-day experience working with ticketing systems

Responsibilities

• Manage office endpoints
• Provide remote support for satellite offices in the US and Canada
• Support the wider global team in the delivery of projects
• Oversee the day-to-day IT operations of your site
• Executive and VIP support
• Fulfilment of employee service requests
• Setting up workstations with necessary equipment e.g. monitors and peripherals
• Support Central TechOps teams with remote hands activities, projects and general 1st line support
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Update knowledge base and provide training and guidance when needed
• Manage and maintain stock levels according to the needs of the site
• Installation of hardware and software, working along with the business to gather requirements
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose issues and carryout appropriate remediation
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedules
