Product Technician

Summary

Join MOO as a Product Technician in the NPD Team to assist in developing new products. The role is hybrid with a minimum of two days a week in the London office. Excellent communication skills, technical experience, attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability, and empathy are required.

Requirements

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Willingness to collaborate and strong interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in a technical role in a fast paced environment - preferably within product development, manufacturing, or quality assurance
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Adaptability and resilience in navigating cross functional organisational structures
• Experience in companies that develop products for mass market
• Ability to be empathetic and set expectations with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Assist the NPD team in the development of all new products
• Organise and oversee product testing activities
• Manage and produce product specifications
