  • Identify and troubleshoot mail flow and spam filtering issues
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and manage relationships/contracts
  • Manage user accounts and groups across platforms
  • Independently manage projects with strong self-motivation while collaborating effectively with team members to achieve shared goals
  • Create and maintain IT documentation while producing clear end-user communications, including announcements and updates
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential problems
