Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Administration and related areas
• Native Spanish / Advanced English mandatory
• Experience with finance department
• Knowledge of Office Package
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Handle the account opening process to reduce the current duration
• Explore new FX quoting rails to enhance efficiency
• Support the annual renewal processes for powers of attorney and KYC requirements mandated by banks to prevent account blocks
• Control bank access to ensure governance in this process
