Junior Brand Marketing Manager

Join HelloFresh as a Junior Brand Marketing Manager DACH and contribute to the development and implementation of local brand campaigns. Requirements

• You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field
• You have gained initial professional experience in a dynamic environment, e.g. through various internships or 1-2 years in an entry-level position, ideally in marketing, brand management, digital marketing or a related field
• You are fluent in German (Level C1) and also have very good English skills for effective collaboration with local and international teams
• You are confident in using Excel and PowerPoint or G Suite applications
• You are passionate about branding, marketing, food and the e-commerce industry and bring a high level of motivation and energy
• Your "Can-Do" attitude enables you to succeed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Support in the implementation of local brand campaigns: You actively support our Senior Brand Managers in the planning, coordination and implementation of local brand campaigns across various online and possibly offline channels - this includes support in meeting deadlines, tracking progress and ensuring smooth implementation
• Contribution to content development: You work closely with the Creative Team and help develop appealing and brand-compliant content (e.g. social media posts, website texts, e-mail marketing elements) for our target groups in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Support in Go-to-Market activities (GTM): You assist the Senior Brand and Product Marketing Managers in the implementation of GTM plans for new product features and launches in the DACH region by assisting in the creation of communication materials and ensuring consistent brand communication
• Project management: You handle your own projects from the initial idea to the final implementation. You work independently, make decisions independently and shape visible results with your contribution
• Social Media: As the central contact person for the HelloFresh social media account, you design exciting content, ensure lively interactions with our followers and actively strengthen the exchange and bond within our community

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, you have already gained insights into one or more of the following areas: campaign implementation, social media, content creation, market research
